Conveyancing is the legal transfer of property from one party to another. Whether you are a first time buyer, remortgaging or own a number of properties it can often be an overwhelming process so it is important to instruct a solicitor or conveyancer that you can trust to deal with your transaction. It is our role to ensure all legal aspects of the process from reviewing documentation right up to registering the property in your name at HM Land Registry are completed. We aim to deal with your matter in a cost effective and professional manner whilst providing you with regular updates at every stage of the process.

Quick Step by Step Guide to the Conveyancing Process

  1. Sellers Conveyancer will obtain the title deeds and prepare the draft contract, this will be sent to the buyers Conveyancer with supporting documentation.
